I’m Amanda Houston, a fermentation scientist based in the San Francisco Bay Area with seven years of experience in bioprocessing and fermentation scale-up. I hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis and focus on sustainable biotechnology and process optimization. I’m passionate about using science to reduce environmental impact and support scalable climate solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, fishing, and rock climbing.
